You can log in to our system to see if which packages we are holding for you, pay your mailbox rent or upgrade your service online, view or print our current mailbox forms, this weeks after hours pickup schedule, our current additional fees, the approximate times of when the carriers deliver to our store and when we have the packages checked in and ready for same day pickup, as well as our Mailbox Holder Bulliten Board found at the bottom of the page. MAILBOX HOLDER LOGIN
To log in and see which packages we are holding for you, or when packages have been picked up, simply type your box number and password below and click login. If this is your first time logging in, your temporary password will be 12345. The system will then immediatly prompt you to change the password to your liking. If you forgot your password or need assistance logging in, Contact Us using the tab above.

Plan on renting a mailbox with us? Save some time by pre-filling out the forms below. Click on the text below to open the forms in full size. This gives you some time to review our rental agreement and saves you about 10 minutes of pencil time in the store. Bring the forms with you along with 2 valid forms of accepted I.D. as listed below and we can have you on your way in about 10 minutes. PAY YOUR MAILBOX RENT
Need to pay your mailbox rent but can't make it into the store? No Problem! If you have a credit card you can pay it right here on the site! Be sure to include the mailbox number and primary name on the account you are paying for and click Pay Now. This gives you the option of just paying with your credit card or your PayPal account should you have one. It's that easy! You will be asked to include an amount of payment, so if you are unsure of what the renewal cost for your duration and tier level are, be sure to check our current rates under the Products & Services tab. If you would like to make any changes to the names or phone number we have registered for the box, please note that in the additional comments on the checkout page.

Here at BorderBoxes we try to keep the fees to a minumum, but there are some situations we find it necessary to charge a fee based generally on additional handling and risk to the staff. Listed below are the current fees we charge for such situations.

MAILBOX CUSTOMERS: Please use the cardboard bin in the back of the store responsibly. Do not place items such as packaging supplies, wrappers, or anything other than carboard in the bin. We have the bin purely as a convenience to our mailbox customers. We will be forced to remove the bin should the garbage continue to be dumped in it. Thank you to the customers who have been using it responsibly.
